比较北京与所选内蒙古地区青少年的马术参与机会、成本、训练条件和社会认知。研究完成后再决定要不要做一次小规模数字化学习试用。Compare young people's access, cost, training conditions, and social perception of equestrian participation in Beijing and in selected parts of Inner Mongolia. Decide on a small digital-learning trial only after the research is done.

   哪一种资源可以共享，哪一道障碍试过之后并没有降低？Which resource can be shared, and which obstacle did not get lower after you tried?

五个阶段Five stages

1. 01 · 2026.11 — 2026.12 / Nov–Dec 2026选题与研究设计Question and design把马术经历收成可以研究的问题，并准备经得起伦理审查的工具。Turn the riding experience into a researchable question, and prepare tools that can pass an ethics check.
2. 02 · 2026.12 底 — 2027.02 / Late Dec 2026 – Feb 2027一手调研Fieldwork听到具体的人，记下两地在机会、成本、条件和认知上的差异，并允许改问题。Hear specific people, record differences in access, cost, conditions, and perception, and allow the questions to change.
3. 03 · 2027.03 — 2027.05 / Mar–May 2027分析与中期报告Analysis and interim report用和数据相称的方法解释差异，选出一个真正值得干预的障碍。Explain the differences with a method the data can support, and choose one obstacle worth working on.
4. 04 · 2027.06 — 2027.08 / Jun–Aug 2027方案与小规模试点Pilot只验证一件事：某种低成本资源，是否降低了上一段写明的那个障碍。Test one thing: whether a low-cost resource lowers the obstacle named in the previous stage.
5. 05 · 2027.09 — 2027.10 / Sep–Oct 2027成果整合与公开Write-up and release让一个陌生人三分钟内能核验：发现了什么、问了谁、哪里改了判断、谁用了、哪里没成。Let a stranger check, within three minutes, what you found, whom you asked, where the judgment changed, who used it, and what failed.
